This Agreement is an official and public offer of the Seller to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of Goods presented on the websitehttps://velvetcosmetics.shop/. This Agreement is public, and in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its terms are the same for all buyers regardless of their status (individual, legal entity, or sole proprietor). By concluding this Agreement, the Buyer fully accepts the terms and conditions of ordering, payment, delivery, return of goods, responsibility for improper orders and all other terms of this Agreement. The Agreement shall be considered concluded from the moment the Buyer clicks the “Confirm Order” button on the checkout page and receives confirmation from the Seller in electronic form.
1. Definitions
1.1. Public Offer — a public proposal of the Seller addressed to an indefinite number of persons to conclude a distance purchase and sale agreement under the terms of this Agreement.
1.2. Goods — the object of the agreement selected by the Buyer on the website and placed in the shopping cart or already purchased by the Buyer.
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods into the ownership of the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods.
2.2. The date of conclusion of the Agreement is the date the order is placed on the website.
3. Ordering Procedure
3.1. The Buyer places an order independently through the Online Store website.
3.2. The Buyer must provide: — Full name — Delivery address — Phone number — Registration code (for business customers)
3.3. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information.
4. Price and Delivery
4.1. All prices are indicated in Ukrainian hryvnia. 4.2. Delivery is paid separately by the Buyer. 4.3. Payment is considered completed from the moment funds are credited to the Seller’s account. 4.4. The risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the Goods are handed over to the carrier.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
5.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Buyer. 5.2. The Buyer undertakes to check the Goods upon receipt and provide accurate data.
6. Return of Goods
6.1. The Buyer has the right to return non-food goods of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt, excluding the day of purchase, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, provided that the товар appearance, packaging, seals, labels and payment document are preserved.

6.3. Refunds are made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the Seller receives the returned Goods.
6.4. Refunds are made exclusively to the same bank card (account) from which the payment was made.
6.5. In case of defects within the warranty period, the Buyer has the right to make claims in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.
6.6. The Seller is not responsible for defects caused by improper use or storage of the Goods.
6.7. Goods made to individual order or with individual characteristics are not subject to return.
7. Liability
7.1. The Parties are liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. 7.2. The Parties are released from liability in case of force majeure circumstances.
8. Personal Data Protection
8.1. The Buyer gives consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
9. Other Provisions
9.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. 9.2. All disputes shall be resolved in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. 9.3. The Seller has the right to change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally.
